From Ecru, Mississippi, Mr. Stark Aldridge produces cases of jams, jellies and preserves using 100% cane sugar and sourced with local fruits whenever possible. On any given market day, take home fresh Apple, Blueberry, Blackberry, Muscadine, Peach, Scuppernong and Strawberry jams and jellies plus Fig and Peach preserves. Be sure to try his peanut butter chess squares, fudge brownies and old fashioned oatmeal cookies and take home a dozen fresh farm eggs.

WIth 23 varieties of jams and jellies, plus pickles preserves, sauces and salsas, Carey fills tables with canned goods almost every market Saturday!

Apple, blueberry and peach jelly, sometimes mint, and salsa and pure sorghum molasses in season from Hannah Huey and family. County fair winners! Hannah and her sister Ashlyn and mom, Regenia, join forces to bring the preserved foods along with baked goods to the market every Saturday!

Every pickle your heart desires, pickled okra, spicy pickles, cinnamon pickles, bread & butter pickles, Kosher dill pickles of course, sweet pickles, sweet and spicy pickles plus hot and mild salsas and green tomato chow chow.
